1. How to contact us

The owner of the Sartoria Ecclesiastica Fiducia Tantum, in order to insure a smooth and peaceful functioning of the firm, kindly requires his customers to consider the following conditions:

• the tailor can ordinarily be contacted through the email address info@sartoriamontecalvo.it or through the contact form that you can find at the page https://sartoriamontecalvo.it/en/contacts/;
• customers wishing to talk to the tailor can call from Monday to Friday from 5pm to 6pm, using the phone number +39065571532;
• Facebook e Instagram are solely intended to sponsor our products: all contact or quotation requests will be ignored;
• The whatsapp contact of the firm is permanently deleted.

2. Confection of vestments: possibilities

The Sartoria has made available a good choice of fabrics, and proposes a variety of historical shapes. So we won’t accept any kind of fabric or trims or models proposed by the customer.

The starting price for a silk chasuble with all its accessories is € 741,67 + IVA (VAT).

3. Sales order conditions and payment methods

After the customer’s acceptation of the quote, we will require a 50% deposit (shipment not included).

For the invoice, we will require from the customer the necessary sensitive data, according to our privacy policy.

We will only accept payments by bank transfer.

The order will be confirmed and put into production only after verification of credit on our account.

4. Production times

The delivery time must be deemed around 4 or 6 months, in relation to the availability of manpower and quantity of the order itself.

5. Shipment methods

The shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Shipments are sent every two weeks via DHL Express courier, as soon as we will have verified the payment of the balance.
